Roles and Responsibilities 

Streamline joining process like ensuring scrutiny of documents of the new joinee, ensuring joining kit is fulfilled, do orientation of the new joinee, co-ordinate with IT person for their laptop/ work set-up, ensure that the new joinee is comfortable

Desired Candidate Profile 

Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, taking interviews, co-ordinate with recruitment agencies and managing the complete hiring process.
